MADI MORRISON, DIRECTOR

Madi is one of the founders and directors of TASK. She's worked in market research, communications, as well as serving as a P&C executive member, P&C president, and volunteer at various school events. She's a typical on-the-go mum of three kids, so understands the need for fun, flexible and educational care. Madi’s greatest joy is watching children develop a sense of belonging, and making new friends across all school years

SUZANNE TUCKER, DIRECTOR

Suzanne is one of the founders and directors of TASK and has extensive experience in business management, IT administration and HR. Like Madi, she has three kids (plus a dog who loves to eat her rubber thongs) and is passionate about the safety and well-being of our TASK kids, spending much of her time developing policies and procedures to help care for children with special needs

ELI SIMS, ENROLMENT CO-ORDINATOR, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM LEADER, SUPERVISOR

Eli has a Certificate III in Education Support, which allows her to assist in classrooms. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Languages and is passionate about children’s literacy.  Eli has been pivotal in the development of our Holiday Program, revolutionising it with daily kits and running sheets to create more fun and enjoyment for the children. She loves working with children and watching them develop their reading skills.

BEK AMES, SUPERVISOR, TASK TRAINING AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Bek holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has a certificate in First Aid. Prior to TASK, Bek worked in the travel industry as a Lead Trainer for Flight Centre and American Express . Along with managing TASK's digital channels, she is also a nominated supervisor for TASK. Along with writing and delivering training for TASK, she also co-ordinates any external training requirements for our staff.  Bek loves to see people of all ages learn and develop new skills in varied environments.

heba alameddine, SUPERVISOR

Heba is currently studying nursing at UTS and is one of our siupervisors who works at various locations, having worked at TASK since 2015. She is hoping to work in the field of paediatrics once she graduates and enjoys seeing how the TASK children grow and develop intellectually throughout the school year.

MADDIE SIRRIS, SUPERVISOR, INCLUSION SUPPORT & CHILD PROTECTION LEADER

Maddie has recently completed a double degree in Social Work and Arts at Sydney University, she also has a certificate in First Aid and is one of TASK's Inclusion Support people,  helping children play, interact and learn together. Prior to working with TASK, Maddie spent time in the retail and hospitality industries. With three boisterous nephews and a large extended family, Maddie has had a heap of hands-on child care experience and loves involving herself in their energetic games. 

Sue rose, SUPERVISOR and human resources

After an extensive corporate career, Sue Rose has returned to TASK as the Nominated Supervisor at Stanmore Public School and roster guru at TASK. With over 65 staff to co-ordinate daily, Sue's ongoing patience and humour are a fantastic asset to the TASK team. Sue believes her greatest asset was graduating from clown school giving her skills to amuse children and parents alike.

PELA GKARELA, SUPERVISOR

Pela is the incredible supervisor at Belmore South Primary School, she hails from Athens, Greece where she studied as an English (TESAL) teacher. Not only fluent in Greek and English, Pela also speaks German and French! She loves creating a fun environment that encourages the children’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing as well as all the cognitive aspects of their lifelong learning. She considers herself a lifelong learner who constantly reflects on her work with children; reviewing their progress and looking for motivating paths to increase their engagement in the TASK environment.

ATHAVAN SRESUTHARSAN, SUPERVISOR

‘Van’ is currently studying honours in Pharmacology where he hopes to one day create cures for diseases. Currently, he is part of the foundation team at Arncliffe West Infants PS where is enjoying creating a fun, creative space for the children after school.  He started his career in child care as a volunteer with disadvantaged kids and finds working with children incredibly rewarding.

TRISH HARRINGTON, OFFICE MANAGER

Trish is our fabulous office manager, someone who has quickly made herself invaluable to the TASK Office with her supreme organisational skills and 'ca-do' attitude. Trish decided to come and work for TASK as she loves working for a small, community-minded business that is close to her home and the great cafe culture of the Inner West.

 

lyn coghlan, supervisor

With a long and illustrious career as a high school science teacher behind her, Lyn joined our team as Before School Care Supervisor at Arncliffe West Infants School in 2017. Lyn also co-ordinates and delivers specialised Science Days during our holiday program, introducing TASK kids to creative ways to explore the world around them.
